Pros: Flexibility section is worth trying
Cons: Golf instruction section is okay at best
Roger's flexibility approach is yoga by another name. He tries to not say that, but it is yoga, which is okay. The flexibility section is illustrated and easy to understand. These stretches are similar to ones I did in gymnastics as a kid as well. You need to keep with it and make it part of your routine.
I haven't done the active stretching yet, but will try it.
