Pros: Provides stability, comfortable

Cons: Need to readjust often, looks a little odd

I recently got the chance to try out the Serola Sacroiliac Belt and I came away impressed.  I am 30 years old and in pretty good shape but I've been starting to get lower back pain when I play a round or spend some time at the range.  The belt is essentially elastic and velcro that you wrap around yourself just below your waist i.e. over the sacroiliac joints.  When you put the belt on you immediately feel more stable.  I was able to have a full range session wearing the belt with little to no back pain.  This was a welcomed change because that hasn't been the case recently.  After the range session was over, taking off the belt was a strange sensation.  My hips felt so loose, kind of disconcerting to be honest but it was just in contrast to how stable they felt with the belt on.  I will continue to wear this during all golf related activities but the early returns are promising.  I would recommend this to others that are experiencing lower back pain while golfing.
