Pros: Looks nice

Cons: Little feedback, no pop

This is a very unimpressive club. I currently have the Rocketballz Stage 2 3 wood (not in my bag, of course). I have played only a few rounds with it and hit it a few times at the range for me to know that this club is not for me. The club does not perform very well. When hitting the ball, I don't feel any pop that I have felt in other woods and there is little to no feedback. The distance isn't bad, but it certainly isn't the longest. Overall, I feel that this is a very underperforming and bland golf club.

I tested this club significantly (3W and 5W) at two different spring demo days. On the plus side, it was a big improvement over the first-year RBZ. I had bought the RBZ 3W.HL and 7W and played them during the 2012 season.
With original RBZ light shaft, I tended to overswing, and often hooked the ball badly. Also, 3W.HL was a bit top-heavy - great off the tee and out of light rough (cushioning), but didn't give many clean hits from the fairway.
The Stage 2 has a heavier stock shaft (60 grams vs. 45 grams) and a lower profile head. The ball got up better with both clubs, and shots had a more consistent feel. Drawbacks: the Stage 2 shots had various left and right tails to them, and the Callaway XHot FWs carried farther.
In May, I went a third route and refitted with Tour Edge Exotics XRail 4W and 7W. I'm very happy with XRails. (Hunt down my review if interested.)
