I switched to the Pro V1X after a stint with the Pro V1. The X is more forgiving off the driver and slightly longer. Off the irons it doesn't balloon as much but still holds the greens. The short game control is phenomenal but the feel is harder than the V1 especially off the putter. The durability is acceptable but not outstanding. The price is the only draw back, but this ball is the ball that suits my game the best. If your Pro V1 is too spiny and you have a @ 105 mph or higher driver speed then give this one a try.
