Titleist 910 D3 Driver

Pros: great looks, great performance, independent adjustment

Cons: no face angle adjustment (which I don't care about, but some might)

From my full review:

Though Titleist lagged somewhat behind, as the "traditional" minded company is wont to do, with the 907 and 909 drivers, the 910 series gives the company's drivers (and fairway metals and hybrids) a kick in the pants and bumps them to the top of the heap.

Good looks? Check. Great sound and feel? Check. Tradition with more than a sprinkle of cutting-edge technology? Check.

The 910D3 may not be the perfect driver for the mid- to low-handicapper, but in most cases making it so simply requires an adjustment of the SureFit Tour hosel.

Pros: Great ball flight, easy to hit and control

Cons: none

I've been through the Titleist line of drivers from the 905 R, 907s, 909s, and now have a 910 D3.  The D3 is the smaller head of the D3/D3 choice.  I think the shaft is most important part of any driver, and I matched up the D3 with the RIP from Aldila.  The head and the shaft are the mid to low flight choices and this club delivers a very strong, penetrating ball flight.  I like the look, the sound, the distance, and the trajectory.  I have the 8.5 and leave it set to the standard setting for loft and lie.  This is the best driver combination I have ever hit.  I thought the 905R was the best bomber driver from Titleist until this one, but this is the new king of the line.
