Pros: Versatility, compact
Cons: a *bit* fiddly at first
An expansion of the "swing weight" donut idea. I like that it can be placed in various positions on the club to help with different phases of the swing. While warming up while waiting to tee off (no range), the other guys in the group were interested in this "dog turd" wrapped around the shaft. One of them tried it out and said he could feel the difference from one of the donut things when it was on the balance point instead of at the head. I warmed up with it in all three positions, with it being at the head just before teeing off. Proceeded to stripe one dead center about 260 into the wind. Got the usual, "nice shot" comments, and said "Yes, folks- that's what happens when you use the TORC Swingtrainer!". Is that enough of a commercial within 5 minutes of using the product for the first time? One guy asked where I got it and how much, I told him the story how I got it and where to get it, and he seemed pretty interested. Overall a pretty good product with an interesting "twist". Other than learning how to get it on and off efficiently at first, it's something I'll be keeping in the bag and taking to the range.
