valdos added a topic in Rules of Golfis my putter conforming?I have a 48" ping g2 long putter with 10degrees of loft. I have read the rule on usga website 100 times and am not sure if it is conforming. Do companies make sure all their clubs, in particular putters are conforming in design. Could I go to a tournament and be told it is not conforming?
My main concern is whether it can be effectively make to be vertically shafted by toeing the club. If the club companies are pretty strict on confirming with usga that clubs they create are conforming I won't worry about it.
