Water pooled in sand trap left from heavy rain.
Ball lands in water.
Unplayable, can you pull from trap and lay behind trap no closer to the pin without a penalty.

aside from the actual shot, can a players club touch the sand before or after a shot from the bunker?

my ball went into a bunker i entered the bunker and saw a rock the size of a golf ball behind my ball and in the way of my swing can i move it . I would have hit the rock with my club. What is the ruling?
