With no wind and a good lie I'd hit my 5 iron. Downhill or with a tailwind it would be my 6. I hit my 4 hybrid around 215 and very high, so it's nice for uphill holes.

3 or 4 iron. It really depends if you're wanting to hit the green or roll on.

With the TaylorMade R7's, I commonly hit a 5-iron about 210 yards (range and course practiced and proved). I recently switched over to new clubs so I think it's going to take some time to adjust to the new irons. I'm giving up distance for control, so i'm thinking i'll lose 10-15 yards, hopefully nothing more than that till i understand myself with them...

It's all dependent on certain factors for me. Wind, lie, hazards, etc. I can get a 5 there, but would require a flushed shot. Normally a full 4. I would use a 3 if it were uphill or upwind.

It depends on the lie and conditions of the course.

If it's a straight shot, it will be a 4I. If I'm in the rough, its a 20* hybrid.

Normally a 4 iron, 5 on a good day. Depends big-time on course conditions and weather, though.

If my ballstriking is on, i'll take a 4 Iron, if not I'll grip down on my 21 Hybrid.

You are spot on but that will depend on the lie, wind, hazard and landing surface.

If you want to play safe I would hit my 120 clubs dead on and hit a solid wedge for more control but that is another thread.
