Last trip to the store I got some Srixon Zstar tour yellows. I have bought a couple of clubs via the internet though...

Well after several years of service I have decided to retire my x-14's. My new gamers are the Razr X Tours 4-PW, with Dynamic Gold SL S300U shafts and golf pride tour wrap grips.

Box of e6 balls for me and a box of Wilson balls for my son.

Had his 4 iron fixed again, he keeps knocking the head loose.

Also got his clubs all re-gripped.

A set of Ping G25s. 3-SW green dot +.5" stiff shafts

My employer treated me to a new set of irons for my year end bonus. Technically, I did not buy them, but I did hand over the money.

Na, I opted for all irons. This replaces my old eye2 clones, and I didn't want to stray too far from what I was used to.

Well enjoy them sir. Yes I was almost drooling as I peered longingly at a set in Golfsmith. I've read great reviews and the aesthetic is unmatched, sleek and luxurious. Hopefully the warmer weather that is supposed to usher in this weekend in Atlanta will allow you to get out (at least to the range) and swing away.

I picked up the Adams Super DHy 21 and 24 degree long-iron-hybridy things.  They more resemble super GI irons than hybrids but wow do they hit a nice ball.

I've been banging away on the simulator with them all week and I'm seriously considering going back and getting the 18 degree.

Fantastic irons, got some myself.

Anyway today I got a Scotty Cameron studio select Newport 2.

Not a big fan of the headcover but I'm looking online at replacing it with something else. Bought the putter used from a good friend - next on the list is to get it engraved and a brand new pistollino grip.

Whatever you do, hang on to that cover. They fetch good $$$$ on ebay. That's a sweet putter, and not having one, nor can I afford one...I hate you..:-D

I wasn't at a golf store, per se, but I bought 5 golf shirts, 4 golf pants, a golf vest, short sleeve rain jacket and a light-weight golf pullover at the Peter Millar outlet store for 90% off retail.  Retail price was almost $1,700.  Best sale I think I've ever found.  Plus I bought some clothes for work as well, so by the time I was done, I spent $360 dollars on retail price of $3,600.

Which goes to show how much markup is on clothing.
