Anybody play them? What are your thoughts?

What is the difference between the B330 and the B330S?

Yes great balls. B330 is for a straighter ball flight less spin. B330S has a higher spin and feels a bit softer.
If you are a titileist kind of guy B330 similar to ProVIX and B330S similar to ProVI

And in TP terms, the B330 would be like the TP Black and the B330S would be the TP Red?

For what it is worth....I really like the B330. Great ball. A few dollars cheaper that the Titleist, but I find them to be quite a bit more durable. A full wedge will still rough them up a little but not like the ProV1.

I played the B330 for the 1st time yesterday. Really nice ball. I had been using Pro-V1x's before that, and this ball is every bit as good IMHO.
I've spent most of my life golfing - the rest I've just wasted.

Let me add, it seems to hold-up better then the V1x as well. I'll know better after this weekend with 3 rounds in 3 days.

I've been rethinking my ball this year. I have boxes and boxes of pro-v's at home, but i received a box of TP Blacks for christmas from the in laws so I gave them a shot and really liked the way they played. I've also tried the Callaway HX (not as big a fan of those), and I'm interested in the Bridgestone.

I think the mental thing that is most important to me is the cover. I love the Urethane cover, and really hate the surlyn (and am not a fan of the NXT cover either). I am pretty sure it is more mental, but you have to feel good about your equipment mentally and this has been one of my mental blocks since the old balata covers in the 90's.

Now that these other brands are all using the Urethane covers, I'm giving them a shot.

i use both the 330 and 330s. they are, as stated by a previous poster, very high quality balls for the price u pay. they are compared to the prov1. that being said is good enough for me. try'em out and see for yourself. i have gone through 25 holes with one once. that was before i got the vokey spin milled wedges. they are now being eaten up. i probably use a new ball every 18 holes if i dont lose any during a round.
