Hello, I was wondering if I wanted to video my swing (I am afraid to actually see it) what would be the best angle to shoot it from?

I have a problem of consistency as I will hit a couple of really good shots and then a bunch of dogs. At the range the other day I hit a bucket of balls and out of that bucket I might have hit 15 good shots, hit a bucket of balls the week before and out of that there might have been 15 bad shots out of it.

My problem is that I played years ago but got hurt had surgery on my neck and put on 150 pounds since I played last and now my swing is all over the place.

Just got the book The Plane Truth for Golfers and want to pick out a swing and work on getting it down but want to take video so I can see when I hit a good shot what it looked like.

Thanks for the time

I think the best angle would be from the front, so you can see your arm extention and wrist cock clearer, the hight of your backswing, the width of your stance and any lateral movement of your head.
I wouldn't worry too much about ball flight being on camera as if you hit a series of shots you can say to the camera if that was a fade or hook etc.
