Losing distance with woods, can't make hip rotation

For some reason I can't hit my woods far at all, in proportion to the distance I hit my irons. My 150 club is a 9 iron with a flat lie, no wind. Anything more is an 8. But I only hit my driver 220-250. I think this is because I don't get the hip rotation I get with my irons. But when ever I try to concentrate on that I yank my head and pull it. What should I be focusing on?

swing through the ball, dont worry about what club you have, take a swing with good tempo, but be aggressive through the ball

It's something that takes a bit of time and practice, i have just put it into my swing well this year and using the bigger muscles helps your distance and takes much less energy and stress on your body.

In my Black'n'Red :
