Anyone else getting attacked by these little buggers this year?

I got eaten up on the course today but remembered through a few holes that I had spray with me.

Mosquitos need to go away!

Put a clothes dryer sheet ... you know those static-cling sheets ... in your pocket. Scented ones are best. The non-static chemical used on those repels small bugs and they don't like the smell.

I don't mean it PHYSICALLY repels them, like they would be bouncing off of you. But, that they don't like that chemical and the smell, so they avoid you.

Winnipeg is the worst for mosquitos. During the day they aren't bad, but when you hit after 5 PM or before 9 AM you are eaten alive.

Ever hear of this one? Spray Listerine on the perimeter of your golf cart.

Say huh? I've yet to try it but a couple I golf with swears by it.

They're BAD this year here too.

Mosquitos are absolutely worthless and detrimental. I really wish there was a way to get rid of them for good. Not only would it help my golf game, but it'd save the lives of a lot people in third world countries.

I just want to know why Noah didn't just swat the little bastards before setting sail on the ark.

they're pretty bad here. if you're not constantly moving, you'll be eaten alive.
They bite you in mid swing, they bite you during your setup, they bite you on the green, and they bite you when you're standing waiting for someone to take a shot.

I disagree - Cockroaches are absolutely worthless. They invade, occupy, and are damn near impossible to eradicate!...though I guess they're not really a problem on the course
