http://cynicalpeak.com/scorecard/ That can print a consistent looking scorecard for any course you put into it, and it'll then keep your stats, etc. I don't think anyone prints a generic sheet like you use to keep stats in a baseball game (all blank).

it is a software which is better than sky caddie, and more than a scorecard stat program.
1. use realtime map course software in your pda cellular to mark shots and get distances while playing.
2. pc software to transfer your round and get stats
3. if they dont have your map, they will make it.
4. print out yardage pro books of each hole

your welcome

Interesting, but seems like too much work. And too expensive ($9 per course).

With Scorecard, you only have to keep 5 things for each hole, right on your scorecard, or on the printout from the program. And 34 different stats are generated from those 5 items.

Regardless, I think the guy's looking for a "blank" kind of scorecard or something, and Scorecard isn't that (because you have to enter in everything first in order to print an accurate card). He hasn't been back to clarify, though.
