hi - I am trying to figure exactly HOW flat my left wrist needs to be on my backswing with the driver and all clubs for that matter. But especially with my driver - which way is the club face supposed to pointing at the top of backswing?? I cant tell when people say its opened or closed what that means
anyone with pics can you please help?? is the club face supposed to be square to the sky or at some sort of diagonal angle?? can be the left wrist be slightly cupped or should it be perfectly straight or even bowed??
thanks

Well there isn't just one right way to do it. For example Zach Johnson (Getty Images : search for 81899306) has the clubface dead shut at the top where as Geoff Ogilvy (Getty Images : search for 81553246) has the clubface very open; both of them have flat left wrists. Ideal in my opinion is probably half way between them for a more neutral face position at the top.

Ideally, you want your clubface to be parallel to your left forearm.
