for the past week or so i have been hooking the ball pretty bad with my draver and my irons. I think its because am releasing the club to early but am not sure.

You need a better down the line video. I can't tell much from the head on.

You have the same problem I have had in the past and still fight from time to time. You're sliding on your downswing which gets the club a little stuck and you compensate by flipping at the ball which results in hooks and weak pushes. also, try maintaining your spine angle throughout your swing and your grip maybe looks a little strong , although I cant really see for sure.

I agree with the above. Pretty nice looking swing though...

I notice that you are swing will all arms and very little rotation of your hips or big muscles.

try the following:
1) backswing with more rotation of your hip, try slow backswing
2) hands further away from the body
3) change the grip to a weaker
4) take the club more down the line vs inside
5) try not to close the club head after impact but keep it square

just my 2 cents

Hooking your driver (especially SNAP HOOKING) is a result of not finishing with your weight forward. Make a concious effort to finish your driver swing with all of your weight on your left foot - no more snap hooks.

I tried this last round and it seemed to help am hitting more of a little draw then a hook
