I just followed Michelle Wie's round in Shotlink. +5. That puts her ahead of only 12 people.

Nobody seems to have shot very well (-2 gets you on the front page of the leaderboard, not everyone's finished), but +5 has got to be disappointing for her.

It appears Tiger rubbed off on her a bit. Her putting stank, from what I understand. Just watched a bit of her press room time and she said she was hitting the ball great, solid shots, etc., but couldn't drain the putts.

I watched some of her round live and couldn't help but shake my head. The sand saves this girl came up with were amazing. And how she hits the ball as far as she does I will never know. I expect a stronger outing from her tomorrow and for her to at least challenge the cut. I was pretty impressed with her play. And she's a heck of a cutie.
