I'm going to answer them here... it's more fun. Quote my response, remove the formatting, and add your own to add your answers.
1) Which of the following have you done? I've been to Augusta, Ga. I've driven by Augusta National's front gate. I've attended the Masters. I've played a round at Augusta National. None of the above

That will change before too long, though...

2) You've got a ticket to the final round of the Masters, but it comes with a hitch: You have to spend the night in your county jail. Do you do it? Yes No

Hell yeah!

3) Who would you most like to be seated with at the Masters' Champions Dinner? Seve Ballesteros Fred Couples Phil Mickelson Byron Nelson Jack Nicklaus Arnold Palmer Gary Player Tom Watson Tiger Woods

The best and the most gracious (I presume I can have one on each side, right?

). I'd have picked Nicklaus but his ego is too big and I don't think I'd have enough elbow room to comfortably eat my dinner.
4) Which player would you most like to see win the Masters this year? Fred Couples John Daly Chris DiMarco Ernie Els Fred Funk Sergio Garcia Davis Love III Phil Mickelson Colin Montgomerie Vijay Singh Tiger Woods

What, it's not multiple choice?

5) You are offered a chance to join Augusta National, but you must live in Augusta, Ga., for one year before you will be admitted. Would you move? Yes No

Hell yeah! I'm a freelance consultant. I can live anywhere. I'm pretty sure I could raise enough money to pay the yearly dues by contributions from people who wanted to get on as guests.

6) Nobody takes a divot like Tiger Woods. They can be the size of a dinner plate. Would you eat one of those divots to attend the final round with a full clubhouse pass? No Pass the ketchup.

Because, you know, death just ain't worth it. Gimme his 3W divot and I'll eat it, though. Keep the 9-iron divot.

7) Believe it or not, down the road Augusta National holds a rummage sale. How much would you pay for a member's green jacket that fits you? Nothing $100 $500 or more

If I could prove its authenticity...

8) Would you like to see Michelle Wie qualify and play in the Masters? Yes No

Perhaps in 20 years if she's surpassed Annika's record by then, but not a moment before.

9) What's the most memorable Masters in the past 20 years? 1986: Jack Nicklaus, at age 46, wins his sixth green jacket. 1987: Larry Mize chips in to beat Greg Norman in a playoff. 1996: Greg Norman shoots 78 in the final round to lose a six-stroke lead to Nick Faldo. 1997: Tiger Woods wins by a record 12 strokes for his first major victory. 2004: Phil Mickelson makes an 18-foot birdie putt on the 72nd hole for his first major victory. 2005: Tiger Woods beats Chris DiMarco in a playoff.

I wasn't into golf in 1986. I was 8.

10) An aging past champion fails to break 100. Which most closely matches your reaction? No problem; I like seeing the past champions play no matter what they shoot. This is a major; if a guy can't play he shouldn't be there.

That you can return to play as long as you are a live is one of the charms - the quirks - of The Masters that helps make it The Masters.

11) You've been invited to play your first and only round at Augusta National, with Arnold Palmer, another club member and your best friend. On the first tee, your friend doubles over in severe pain. The people at Augusta National say they'll rush him to the hospital. What do you do? Go with him to the hospital--he's my best friend. Play the round, pick some azaleas on 13 for a bouquet and tell your buddy all about your round later at the hospital.

Is this a trick question? What kind of friend would blame you for choosing the latter?

12) How many Masters will Tiger Woods win in his career? Four (his present total) Five Six (Jack Nicklaus' record) Seven or more

He's already more than halfway there. Only needs three more. I don't think he'll win more than Arnie and Jack combined, though. That'd be 11.

13) Would you hold your wedding reception on Masters Sunday? Yes No

Hell no! If I wasn't married and my fiancee wanted to get married on that Sunday, the only way I'd agree to it was if we did it at Amen corner.

14) How much would you be willing to pay to watch the final round of the Masters if it were to be aired only on pay-per-view television? $19.95 $34.95 $49.95 I would never pay to see it.

Even that's a bit pricy. I mean, it's good, but is it worth a really fantastic steak dinner? Depending on the outcome, I might pay to see it after the fact. I'd pay $49.95 to have the final round of the 1986 Masters, as broadcast, on a DVD for example.

15) For one night, what's the most you would pay to stay in one of the cabins on the grounds of Augusta National during the Masters? $79.95 $250 $500 $1,000-plus

If it included a ticket to a round. If not, $500 if I could sneak out onto the course at night. If not that, then $0.

16) If you could throw down a ball and hit one shot at Augusta National, what would it be? The tee shot on the par-3 12th. The second shot on the par-5 13th. The second shot on the par-5 15th. The chip shot on the 16th that Tiger Woods holed in 2005. The tee shot on 18.

Best chance of agony or ecstasy.

17) You are watching the Masters on TV and you see Phil Mickelson commit a rules violation by taking a drop that is closer to the hole than the point where his ball entered a hazard. Would you call the tournament office and turn him in? Yes No

Someone else would. Hopefully it'd be Phil.

18) Ernie Els bursts into contention in the third round by making a hole-in-one on No. 16--his second ace of the day. Jim Nantz blurts out, "It's a mob scene on 16! A fan fell out of the bleachers and into a bush and emerged just covered with dirt. But at least we won't need a body bag, and the championship will continue!" Hootie Johnson, noting that Nantz used seven no-no words (mob, bleachers, bush, dirt, body bag, championship), demands that Nantz not be allowed on the broadcast on Sunday--or ever again. Should Nantz be booted for his verbal misstep? Yes No Leave it up to the patrons.

Only because, duh, to say THAT many things would have to be so incredibly stupid that he wouldn't deserve his job (or any job outside of working at McD's).

    • Thanks for the feedback. @StuM, we are a "club without real estate" so no facilities or pro. We have a membership of around 185 players and we only play together as a group at our tournaments, which are held at public access courses. A group of us setup the tournaments, collect the money and dole out the prizes.
    • In general, granting free relief anywhere on the course isn't recommended.  Similarly, when marking GUR, the VSGA and MAPGA generally don't mark areas that are well away from the intended playing lines, no matter how poor the conditions.  If you hit it far enough offline, you don't necessarily deserve free relief.  And you don't have to damage clubs, take unplayable relief, take the stroke, and drop the ball in a better spot.
    • If it's not broken don't fix it. If you want to add grooves to it just because of looks that's your choice of course. Grooves are cut into putter faces to reduce skid, the roll faced putter is designed to do the same thing. I'm no expert but it seems counter productive to add grooves to the roll face. Maybe you can have it sand-blasted or something to clean up the face. Take a look at Tigers putter, its beat to hell but he still uses it.
    • I get trying to limit relief to the fairway, but how many roots do you typically find in the fairway? Our local rule allows for relief from roots & rocks anywhere on the course (that is in play). My home course has quite a few 100 year old oaks that separate the fairways. Lift and move the ball no closer to the hole. None of us want to damage clubs.
    • Hello, I've been playing a Teardrop td17 F.C. putter for many years and love it. It still putts and feels as good or  better than any of the new putters I've tried and it's in excellent condition except the face has dings in it ever since I bought it used that kind of bother me. I was just wondering if it's possible to have some really shallow horizontal grooves milled into the face on a "roll face" putter. I think I would rather spend some money on it instead of trying to get used to a new putter.  Thanks
