Re: Rock Bottom Golf legit??????

Purchased many items from them. The only problem I had was trying to return some gloves that they sent out that were the wrong size. Never the less I still buy from them

Re: Rock Bottom Golf legit??????

Rock Bottom is great. I always end up adding like $10 more of random stuff to get to $75 so I can get free shipping.

Re: Rock Bottom Golf legit??????

I have purchased a hybrid and Driver(separate purchases) from Rock Bottom Golf. Both purchases went as smooth as could be. Couldn't be happier.

Re: Rock Bottom Golf legit??????

Rock Bottom was the first online golf purchasing experience i had, since getting back into the sport. Very pleased with the customer service, and my brand new clubs. Will purchase from them again, when they have another deal i can capitolize on.

Re: Rock Bottom Golf legit??????

They're legit. They can offer lower prices because they don't have as much of a markup to cover their retail store overhead such as money spent on rent, employee pay, etc.

Re: Rock Bottom Golf legit??????

Wow, I never noticed the deals they have on balls. I never buy Nike balls because of the cost, but for $9 a dozen I'm almost forced to buy them.

Re: Rock Bottom Golf legit??????

Excellent shop. Actually it's the only place I put my orders on and feel totally safe and satisfied. Spent over $1500 at their site over the last year, and will spend more this summer. (If only they carry MP T-10 wedges!!)

The only let down is that they don't carry everything you're looking for like Golfsmith or Edwin Watts. They have a huge inventory but not everything you can think about. You just buy what suits you from their inventory.

Re: Rock Bottom Golf legit??????

I bought an 09 Burner driver off them about a month ago and was very pleased with the service. Cheap postage (not many places ship overseas) and arrived within 4 days from purchasing! Will certainly buy from them again.

Rockbottomgolf.com Users?

Has anyone ordered from them? I have never buy golf equipment online but this is the only place that has the golf glove I love (Nike Dri-Fit Tour III) and I don't want to switch in the middle of learning a new arsenal of clubs. Can anyone provide feedback on them?

100% legit, I've ordered from there several times. They are my go to.

Just ordered a putter from them this morning.  My roommate has ordered a driver and was happy with his experience.

ALSO:

If you are ordering from them check their store on ebay.  I did that and realized the putter was $10 cheaper on ebay than on their website.

After purchasing a TM R11s TP Fairway wood at "Golfsmith...EXTREME" while in Myrtle Beach for $129, I checked on RBG.. they had it for $119... EXCEPT, with RBG, I would NOT have been able to spend a half hour hitting balls and having the rep tweak the club and it's settings to get a good flight (for me) out of it. This was after they checked my Driver (R11s 9.5) numbers (Launch angle, spin rate, etc...) for free.

BUT, If I hadn't bought it at Golfsmith, I'm sure I would have pulled the trigger on it through RBG after I came back. Done all kinds of deals with them from Drivers to gloves, and have never had an issue.

I bought my dad a Skycaddie SGX for Father's Day...it was refurbished and they shipped it quickly and it looked brand new...however it didn't work. Wouldn't ever locate satellites after multiple resets and never even showed any "bars" of service at the top.

However, when I told them they quickly sent me a FedEx label to ship it back and promised to replace it once they verified the hardware was bad. Hopefully we get a working one back next week, kind of sad to give my dad a gift that doesn't work.

My entire set of clubs from Driver to irons was bought last year from Rock Bottom.  Great deals on eBay.
