Replaced all but the wedges and the bag this year:

 

Driver: 299

3wd: 199

5wd: 199

3H: 149

4-PW: 999

Putter: 199

 

Total: $2,044 - the wedges will be another 360

- An old Callaway Warbird my girlfriends dad found at a garage sale for $5 and my dad and I threw a new grip on it he had laying around.

- A hand me down 3 wood from my dad that cost me nothing. 

- Callaway 3H and 4H I borrowed off my brother.

- 3I to PW hand me downs from my dad. Unknown brand.

- SW hand me down from my dad. Unknown brand.

- Completely illegal wegde my girlfriends dad found at garage sale. $20.

- A hand me down putter from my dad. It used to have a company name (not a golf company) on it but it has since worn off.

 

A total of around $25.  Usually spend more on a round of golf then the clubs I am playing with.

 

This season I will have a new set of clubs however.

Total: More than I thought, ouch.

Did a complete bag overhaul last year. Bought everything new with the exception of my 3 iron (It may have hit 2-3 golf balls before I got it). Found some good sales and picked up the putter and 4-GW off eBay for a nice discount.

 

Driver: $188

3 wood: $99

5 wood: $99

3 Iron: $55

4-GW: $300

56* & 60*: $100

Putter: $125

 

Grand total of $966

Nickent Evolver Driver with CYG (Adjustable) hosel- $50 from Rock Bottom Golf plus $15 for the hosel on eBay

Callaway Great Big Bertha 3 wood- inherited on my dad's passing

Nickent 4 and 5 hybrids, $25 and $50 respectively on eBay

Wilson Staff Di9 Irons (5-PW, GW, AW)- $185 like new on eBay

Lynx Lxi 56 degree SW- $30 @ Golfsmith

Odyssey Rossie 2 Putter- Inherited on my dad's passing

 

I regripped everything excpt the SW and putter with Lamkin Crossline Oversize @ $4.20 each.

All were purchased new. Pretty shocking just looking at it as a whole...looked good when I bought all of them separately.

Back in November I started totally replacing my entire bag after playing the last few years with cheopo Wal-Mart sticks.  Through Black Friday sales and Ebay I have kept it fairly affordable.

 

Driver: Taylormade Burner 09 $100

3 Wood:  still shopping

18* Hybrid: Taylormade Rescue 11 $71

Cleveland LDI 21* $50

Irons: Adams RPM3 4-GW $250

SW: Nike VR 56* $50

 

So around $520 so far and most like to add another $90 on that since Rock Bottom Golf has the Burner 3 Wood right now for that.  I am also keeping the putter from the old set because I still kinda like it. :)

Still need to pick up a new wedge, so that's probably another $100 that I will be spending at some point this year.
