In your experience what is the best hybrid/utility club you have used thus far? I'm in the market for one and was just wondering what others opinions would be. Thanks.

Cleveland Hibore XLS 22* Hybrid. Also the easiest club I've hit...but I'm a hacker...

In my bag are

Hibore XLS 22* 3i Hybrid
TA7 irons 3-PW, SW

I really like my Cobra hybrids. I feel confident swinging with them, which is good since I'm a high-handicapper. I rarely have a poor shot with them when the opportunity arises.

2011 Goals:
* Improve club-head speed to 90 mph with the driver
* Ensure increased speed does not compromise accuracy
* Prevent overextending on the back-swing (left-arm is bending too much at the top)
* Relax arms initially at address ( too tense)* Play more full rounds (failed from 2010)

you could as 50 people this question and get 50 answers... it is all preference.

I like the Adams hybrids in my sig... played Nike CPR's (small ones) before these and I can control my ball better with these. I have also hit Cobra, Ping, Titleist, and Taylormade hybrids. My 2nd favorite was easily the Cobra.

My wife absolutely loves her Cobra Bafflers. They seem to be vey forgiving clubs for her.

My Clubs: Callaway FT-i Tour LCG 9.5° w/ Matrix Ozik Xcon 6 stiff; Sonartec GS Tour 14° w/ Graphite Design Red Ice 70 stiff; Adams Idea Pro 2h(18°) & 3h(20°) w/ Aldila VS Proto 80 stiff; Adams Idea Pro Forged 4-PW w/ TT Black Gold stiff; Cleveland CG12 DSG RTG 52°-10° & 58°-10°; Odyssey...

Absolutely right, these kind of posts are almost poimtless, since everyone just states the brand they play!!! I would just get a golf magazine, read a little (or check the web) and hit the highest rated 3 or 4 clubs. I like the Cleveland Hi Bores woods, so just bought a hybrid without ever testing it. Silly I know, but it was £30 brand new on ebay from a genuine golf shop!!!! Anyway, it worked out as I absolutely love it. Easiest club ever to hit-so I'd be happy to recommend trying that too!

I don't play one, but the burner rescue was pretty long but it just felt hollow and dead.
Adams makes great hybrids but I've never been fancy to their SGI hybrids, which most of them are.
Bafflers are pretty cool, no complaints.
I just like the Titleist 585's, so workable.

I have one of those in a 3 wood, it is a nice club (the head is larger than some other brands which puts some people off).

I love how Adams hybrids set up.
I also have an MD Sonartec Hybrid. I have hit Titleist, callaway, nickent, nike, and none of them compare to Adams and Sonartec.

Cobra DWS Baffler is very forgiving. TM Burner hybrid also. In my experience Sonartec is not forgiving, it's better for the single digit cappers.
