I think I know what a trigger is; whatever you do to initiate the backswing. But what are keys?

In the golf swing, a key is a conscious command to a muscle or muscle group to perform a certain action. The hope is that you can find a key that will trigger your subconscious to make all of your other movements correct.

I found such a key that works for me. I don't know if it works for everyone. You can read others experiences with it at, http://www.freegolfinfo.com/forums/tm.aspx?m=2363457

Thanks Jack.

Would you say that a key the same as a swing thought, i.e, that one thing you're trying to remember while you swing, eg, keep your head still?

Or are they a little different?
