New Driver heads

Noticed something so strange. I have been hitting the new TaylorMade R9 and Titleist 909D2 Drivers.

Most peculiar but my Titleist 905R is seriously blowing it by them. Could it be I am having trouble adjusting to the light heads? and my 905R is heavier so I am slotting it better. I feel like I am getting too quick and coming a bit over with the lighter heads. I will add, when I slow my swing down deliberately, they new ones hit it much longer the easier I swing, it is wierd.

Anyone else experienced this?

specs:
905R Proforce V2 65 S
909 D2 Diamana 65 S
R9 Fujikura Motore 65 S

They have the same weight shafts, so unless the swingweight's different, why are you asserting that the 905R is heavier?

The 905R spins a bit more... otherwise they're fairly similar clubs.

Interesting. The 905R head definitely heavier to me. Strangely enough, the 905r is 9.5 and the new R9 and 909D2 were 10.5

I switched to a 909D2 9.5 and it's unbelievable, I'm definitely longer than ever now and measured 271 avg. 1 degree of loft is that much different?? What is the deal?

Here are my distances over the last 5 weeks:

Titleist 905R(9.5) - 265 yards
TaylorMade R9(10.5) - 235 yards
Titleist 909D2(10.5) - 240 yards
Titleist 909D2(9.5) - 270 yards
