I thought is was. What I really found interesting was when they showed the prize money from his previous wins in comparisin to the amount he made yesterday. Quite an improvement! I just think it is nice for a guy like that who has continued to play with the big boys and has never really complained or cried about his lack of distance (at least I have never heard that) to get another win.

Here's a question I'd like to pose for people, as I'l be discussing it on tomorrow's podcast: What does Pavin's win say - if it says anything at all - about the distance debate?

Sure, I miss seeing people like Corey Pavin win, but his game tanked and he hits the ball shorter than many women on the LPGA Tour, so on one hand it's a testament to technology that he can STILL win.

And you also have to consider Tiger's win at the open while only hitting 1 driver... Now, he hits his 2 iron longer than Pavin hits driver, but it was still a find the fairway game plan. These guys can hit 4 and 5 irons so well that sometimes a 200+ approach from the fairway is a better option than a 100 yard wedge from the rough...

But I think that we will see Tiger hitting a lot of drivers this weekend...
