Along the same lines as the Pants Vs Shorts Poll, how does everyone feel about the current fad on tour to show up for your round unshaven with a several days growth of stubble?

It doesn't bother me because that's how I would look if I played on the PGA Tour. Shaving every day is for the birds..

I voted "I could care less" and then edited the poll for you so it would (properly) read "I couldn't care less."

Because if you could care less, then that means you care at least a little, so you'd have to lean towards one of the first two choices. Pet peeve, the whole "could care less" thing. Also, I never understood "I don't give a rat's ass." Who wants to receive a rat's ass? And why do you "take a piss" or a dump? Don't you "give" or "deposit" it? You sure as heck aren't "taking" it.

Pro golfers are in the entertainment business. Maybe a few more characters would give the media something to write about besides Tiger and Michelle. Sometimes the PGA tour seems stuck in 1959. And I was born in 1956.

I'm "old school" in regards to attire (pants) and appearance. Jemenez or Scott (with his stupid bet) are welcome to carry my bag any day. Shorts and retard appearance don't have a place on my "dream course". Ian Poulter or Tweedy Garcia are on the cut line... I prefer clean and classy - and for God's Sake - don't wear shirts, that absorb sweat. Especially when you're heavy. These sweat stains HAVE TO GO !

I used to have the same pet peeve, but then someone told me, "I

could care less, but I choose not to, because it's not worth it." I personally could not care less, either way. Six in one hand, half dozen in the other. (I hate that saying.)

    • I do not follow amateur or Korn Ferry tour but this story might get me to pay attention. At age 15 to be as accomplished as he is makes me think we may be seeing a future star.  A story of him breaking out may help reinvigorate golf viewership. Miles Russell has a hot start, cools off but finishes with a 68 in first Korn Ferry event Miles Russell, a 15-year-old Jacksonville Beach resident, made his Korn Ferry Tour debut on...
    • Day 8: Indoor backswing work, mostly rehearsals of takeaway. Hit some balls wtih 6-iron working on adding flow, but not too Much which I tend to do, swaying too far away from target.
    • Day 55: 4/18/2024 Got to the range again today. Planned to do my priority pieces and then hit targets with irons. But after my priority pieces I hit a few drives and tugged them all hard left. .... Uh... oh boy.  So, I spent about a half hour trying to hit targets at the range with my driver.
    • Day 126 (18 Apr 24) - Trail arm only drill with the LW…focused on letting the club drop, engaging the bounce and letting the club pop the ball up….wrapped up by repeating drill with both hands on the club…
    • OPPs, I guess I have been doing the drill incorrectly, just ignore this.  But as they say, mistakes are learning opportunities. Let’s hope I can learn from mine.
