How high did she pick it off the wall? Looked like 16 feet or more.

LOL ... that's Fresno!  I have a good friend (best man in my wedding) who used to work in the front office for the Grizzlies and one of his extra jobs was to be the mascot occasionally, and another of his "side jobs" was ...

(He's second from the left ;))

PS, if you want to see an impressive REAL ballgirl catch (that happened yesterday) check this out: http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/mlb-big-league-stew/padres-ball-girl-makes-play-of-the-night-to-save-dodgers-fan-from-possible-doom-154855029.html  She saved that woman from serious injury!!

I like going to Minor League games. Never know what kind of "entertainment" they are going to come up with between innings. :-D

Since I live too far away to go to many Cardinals games anymore, except when they come to Atlanta, I go watch the Lookouts a good bit.

And save your posts if you're going to go down the road of laughing at this woman isn't nice.   She's fine, and the funny part has nothing to do with her condition.  The funny part is the human error involved and the timing with the story.  She laughed at the news report when she saw it, too.

I hope my sense of humor never matures.  I don't know why this is so funny to me.

There's your good laugh on this Tuesday.  :-)

Turn speakers up for best effect

This is one of my new favorite videos.  One of the best, close up, multi-speed, multi-angle looks at one pretty ass swing:

Consistently the best team in the world, currently. And it pains me greatly to say that as a supporter of consistently the second best team in the world, currently.  :censored:

The best rugby to watch is always between the Springboks and the ABs

This was the greatest test match I have ever seen:

I don't think there is a single point that I found offensive, and what he said really made me feel that there could be hope for this country.

It was the enthusiastic reaction of the audience that did it for me. :-)

It's a TV show @Lihu. That scene is almost three years old now. I'm gonna go ahead and guess it was fully scripted, and probably took a few takes.

Thanks for the explanation.

Unfortunately, one of the things I never get a chance to do is watch TV.

I'd rather spend any extra time on this forum! ;-)

Almost 6.5 hours of train ride slow tv. Great for background white noise.
