supposed to be released soon... i just saw in GD they were priced at 1500 bucks a set...

how long you think untill the price goes down? or if it will??

maybe 2-3 years before the price moves at all...maybe more. Depends on the market and how they sell at the current price. The point is they are great looking irons and highly anticipated so I definitely see them selling a good number of sets at the current price

The price won't come down. They are going to have a limited supply and very high demand. Each rep is only getting somewhere between 6-10 sets for his entire territory.

I was at a demo day three weeks ago and the rep said they should be out in North America in August along with an new s series iron.

Marketing analysts have long said that if Ping increased factory capacity, it could sell more irons. But, by keeping capacity low, people have to wait several weeks for custom sets. Definitely increases "sizzle" of a solid line of clubs.

This is a great-looking club. Being forged, they should have a lot of the I15 performance without the I15/Ping 'trademark hardness.

For what they are, Ping makes an outstanding product.
