I keep an extra "new" glove in the bag, and two that I'll rotate if one gets too wet for comfort, but I don't change out just to rotate just to make one last longer. I'm not so anal about the changing gloves every nine holes or so, but when one starts to develop a bad (thin) spot, it gets tossed.

Never. I stopped wearing one when the last one wore out. Haven't noticed any difference at all.

As soon as it starts to get a little stiff when in my bag... it get uncomfortable to me... just a nagging thing, but enough to make me buy a new one.

mine last about a month or so, i hit balls 2 or 3 times a week and play at least 2 rounds weekly.
