Bill Lunde was out of professional golf only a few years ago. Stack and Tilt helped him win the Turning Stone tournament. JJ Henry had some success and then fell on tough times. S&T; helped him to finish second at Turning Stone. And Alex Cejka, a journeyman of sorts, turned to S&T; and has had nice success, and finished T3 at Turning Stone.

So 1, 2, and T3 were all S&T; guys.

In prior weeks, Dean Wilson, Charlie Wi, and others - guys who say they wouldn't be on the PGA Tour without what they've learned from Mike Bennett and Andy Plummer - have finished high in some big events.

Yes, Turning Stone is an alternate field event, so yes, that limits just how good the news is. It's little more than an interesting tidbit, frankly, but it is at least that.

P.S. I wonder how many people watching the tournament even really knew that all three of those guys were P/B students.

I had no idea that any of these guys were P/B students but I do feel proud of myself thinking while watching "hey these guys seem to utilize a lot of S&T; principles I've been reading about."

I had a chance to Follow Bill Lunde, Bob May, and a no namer at TPC Summerlin in Nevada. Had just gone out originally to chat it up with Bob May and he said he was gonna play. I didn't have my clubs but got to watch him shoot a 63 and Lunde pull down a 64. (It is both of their courses afterall) He is a hellofa player. My dad and I were watching him putt out 18 today excited for him.
