AP2's Are the Best Clubs ever seen

I bought the AP2's July 20th this summer and since then I played various tournaments and heres how i finished:

2 Ball (best ball, scramble) - T2 - 67- 67
Club Championship - 1 - 71-73
Amherst Open - T14 - 74-82
Causeway Cup ( team event) -1 - Won 2/3 matches
2 man scramble - T6 - 64-63
Schooner Invitational -T3 - 76-75

I used to have Mizuno MP-60s, Titleist has superior clubs and I love them!

That's a pretty bold statement. I haven't hit either manufacturer's new stuff, but I'd guess this is a recent development.

Funny I bought MP-57's the last week in July and have similar feelings for Mizuno....

Yes they are superior in every way because you played in tournaments that no one has heard of and apparently played well. Good clubs? Yes. Superior than others? Highly doubtful as you dont represent the masses.

I've never tried them myself, but my brother bought a set, and I'm visiting him in a couple of weeks, so I'll get a chance to try them out. Looking forward to it.

Ive played the ap2's for awhile and I think they are great irons. Better than mizuno in general, no, but the ap2's might be better than a few mizuno styles over the years. Saying that I think mizuno has more styles that are superior to titleists. For instance I think the mp-62's are superior to the titleist CB irons and the mp68's are better than the 710 mb

well i think my Callaway X-Forged is better than both the AP2's and anything Mizuno makes...

just kidding...but it works for me and threads like this with bold statements are silly.

Hmm... Honestly the difference in between comparable Mizuno's and AP2's is very little. I like them both. I think i would go personally with the AP2's because they are a bit more forgiving, just enough for my taste.

My favourite irons right now are from Cleveland - the TA1s. No, they're not Cleveland's best iron ever (VAS 792
), but they're good.

I have a feeling you'd have shot those scores no matter what club you had in your hand...

Confidence in ones equipment is a great thing to have, though.

just put some orange and black multi compounds on and they don't half add more confidence
