The website is still up and running, but I wouldn't be surprise if it went out, though.

It's sad, but after years of trying equipments (including putters), I couldn't find myself to convince to what they were offering. While there are many putter makers out there offering something that looked better with more value. I can imagine a lot more golfers feel the same way as I did. The overall concept of the C-Groove technology is weak, in my opinion. Other than that, they didn't seem to put anything new on the table. Not to mention tons of counterfeits putters that are being made daily.

With the combination of those things, I have to say that I admire Yes! for staying as long as it did.

Hopefully they get bought up by a larger company.

This might sound flippant given the topic, but is absolutely not meant to. Their rep here recently committed suicide.

Completely the opposite. Their putters look terrible, but I love the feel. They provide just enough feedback to know you struck it well. They actually do produce better roll on longer putts.

That is probably a reflection of your putting stroke. Yes! makes fine putters which feel beautiful.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.

This is also my experience. I have recently moved to the centre shaft Hanna and I have NEVER made so may putts in the 6-20 foot range in my life. Maybe I need to buy up the reminaing stock of Hanna's that are still around

doesnt suprize me
i felt the c-groove wasnt a great design and not having a big following on tour probably didnt help
i mean if they actually paid some tour players to use their gear, it would have made a bigger presence for them, therefore increasing sales

there are a lot of golfers out there that play what their favorite PGA guy or gal plays, regardless if it suits their game or not

never wish bad upon a business owner (as i am one myslef) but ultimately a poor design and lack or marketing lead to their doors closing

I received the following email today from the course I'm a member at...

This Saturday, the Yes Putter Representative will be out at Champions for a Demo Day. He will be selling all of his putters to you at his cost. Please come by and check it out. If you are interesting in buying a putter from him, he will only be accepting cash. Look forwad to seeing you tomorrow. Proshop staff

I've never received an email like that from the pro shop; usually, the emails you get are about the rep being there but that never an explicit mention of clubs being on sale as cost and for cash only. It almost sounds like they are trying to dump as much inventory as they can.

If they are filing bankruptcy, the owners are trying to get all the cash they can before their creditors step in and lock the doors.

It goes to show you that even if you are big on the Euro tour, if you want to make it as a manufacturer you have to get some play on the PGA, and that means endorsement money, which means deep pockets. They should have looked to sell froma position of strength.

I doubt most casual golfers would know of Yes!. Without some pro's playing and endorsing them, most people walk right past their displays in the stores.
