Snickers Golf Bag

Common sense tell me it is a limited edition just from the fact it is a branded bag, not something you are likely to see for sale at a retailer. What is it worth ? That one is apparently worth $325 if you are willing to pay that. My guess is that bag was made for a corporate event and given to V.I.P. 's I have been on several corporate outings as media and it is not uncommon to get cool swag like that bag as a gift. Send the guy an email and ask where he got it. If it was a gift I bet he will take considerable less for it.

When a company makes a club in the USA I will proudly display their brand here. All of mine were made in china by somebody making $2 a day. Shame on you Mr club manufacture.

Something like that is "worth" whatever a willing seller is willing to sell it for, and what a willing buyer is willing to pay for it.  It doesn't have an intrinsic value.  The seller seems to want $325 for it.  To me, that's paying a big premium for the Snickers branding;  there are some nice Ogio bags at the golf shop near me for under $100.

Fair enough. My hunch is that they are not very common. Best of luck locating another owner of one. Just out of curiosity, what is your interest in the bag ? Looking to start a snickers golf club ?



When a company makes a club in the USA I will proudly display their brand here. All of mine were made in china by somebody making $2 a day. Shame on you Mr club manufacture.

Do you really think that they would have any value to anyone other than a collector of Snickers memorabilia, if such a person exists?  In other words, in addition to being one of the ugliest colour schemes imaginable, this bag would have virtually no market value at all.  If I had one I'd pay you to take it off my hands. :-)

I think he can get as many opinions as he wants, they'll all be similar. I could take or leave a Snickers bar, but I'd say no to that fugly bag even if it was free.

Callaway make golf equipment and most people would agree that most of their bags look quite nice.  There is a logical connection between a golf company and a golf bag.

Snickers are chocolate bars. This golf bag would be judged by 99% of the population to be hideously ugly.  They wouldn't use it because they fear they'd be laughed at.

I can state as a FACT that this bag has virtually no value.  The Snickers name on it actually DEVALUES it. The blue base colour devalues it even further to virtually zero dollars.

You can take that information from a person who has spent 25 years dealing in antiques and collectables.

      Taking your dispersion and distance in consideration I analyzed the 4 posible ways to play the hole, or at least the ones that were listed here. I took the brown grass on the left as fescue were you need to punch out sideways to the fairway and rigth of the car path to be fescue too.  Driver "going for the green"  You have to aim more rigth, to the bunker in order to center your shotzone in between the fescue.  Wood of 240 over the bunkers I already like this one more for you. More room to land between the fescue. Balls in the fescue 11% down from 30% with driver. Improve of score from 4.55 to 4.40. 4 iron 210 yards besides the bunkers.    Also a wide area and your shot zone is better than previous ones. This makes almost the fescue dissapear. You really need to hit a bad one (sometimes shit happens). Because of that and only having 120 yards in this is the best choice so far. Down to 4.32 from 4.40. Finally the 6 Iron 180 yards to avoid all trouble.    Wide area an narrow dispersion for almost been in the fairway all the time. Similar than the previous one but 25 yards farther for the hole to avoid been in the bunkers. Average remains the same, 4.33 to 4.32.  Conclusion is easy. Either your 4iron or 6 iron of the tee are equaly good for you. Glad that you made par!
