OK, I am not a golfer myself. My father has recently picked up the sport again after a couple of decades off. He is nearing retirement and really enjoys chasing that little ball around. Yes, I have joined him on several occasions, but I average about 1 ball lost per hole. I even loose balls hit into the middle of the fairway.

I wish to purchase my father a Christmas gift to help him enjoy golf. My father lives in St. Louis MO and the only time I have seen him play has when he visits us in Savannah GA or when we took him to Orlando. I feel a practice net would be a gift he would use.

I think a net he could use for driving as well as chipping. What are some recommendations, with links (no pun) if possible. He has a small back yard at his home, so space isn't too big of an issue. I was hoping to keep the cost around $200 or below.

Thanks,
Vincent

There's actually one that I think is a great setup at Costco's website. They do not have it available at the stores near where I live, but they might have it available on others. Try clicking on Costco's website & look under "golf" or "golf equipment". Hope this helps...
