Well as the big day for me approaches i will soon be graduating and going off to college.

And for a graduation present i wanted new clubs. I've been playing for about four years and these new clubs will be replacing a no name driver, putter, and LW. Along with my Tommy Armour 845s and Cleveland SW. Though i love these clubs i need some more forgiving irons the 845s are nearly the size of blades and some days i can hit great with them other days i cant. Mainly i am looking for clubs that are really forgiving. It doesnt have to be a complete  set just lead me in the direction of some nice irons, driver, and putters. So it can make my decision a bit easier.

My budget is $800 or less.

Also sorry if i didnt spell or word things correctly im a bit tired lol.

a lot of iron options out there. tm burner irons I have heard are some amazing clubs. burner driver is also a great club. you can buy a used burner driver for cheap. and really, the putter is up to you. all about the feel of the putter being right for you. whatever putter feel right, buy it.

golf is a lot like life. the more you enjoy it, the better off you are. a3_biggrin.gif

some great deals online for Taylormade burner plus iron sets.     If you have a Dicks Sporting Goods near you - theyre running some huge sales ... I picked up an Adamas Speedline driver yesterday for $59 (ok, so it's a 2009 model, fine by me).   Picked up an Adams hybrid for $39 over the winter there too...

I agree....just looking around you can get a full set of Taylor Made or Callaway clubs(New clubs, but older models) for less than 800.

I know you can find iron sets for 300-400, drivers for 150, FW's for 100 and putters for 80-100.

Check out GPP for some good prices. Go to a golf store to test out a couple of clubs after you look for some deals that will give you a full set hopefully for the price range your looking for.
