Agreed, the point of the fitting is to find the right set for you and get the specs to meet your swing pattern. Remember to be open minded during a fitting and not to be narrow minded about brand, if you do that it's basically a waste to be fitted, for the most part.

I hit every one of those, and ended up with the jpx-800's. i liked them the most at the time, the ap1's and the jpx'800 pros were a very close second, and if i had to do it again i would have gone with either of those instead of what i went with just because they felt better, just didnt have the same shot good shot pattern as the normal 800's. my swing has improved miles since my choice, thats why i would have gone with the more players irons.

I hit all of those except the jpx-800 pro's.  I settled on the burner 2.0's because of their forgiveness, with the ap1's coming in second for me.

I don't think anyone can go wrong with that group you have there.  Anyone of those will be good sets, now its how they work in your hands.  Which ones feel better and do what you want them to do.

Also, don't get sucked in by the burner being longer than the others, it may be nice for the ego, but just realize the 6 iron is equal to the 5 iron from the other sets.  I did end up with the Burner's, but not because of the distance, it was just a much more forgiving club for me.

Good luck and enjoy your new irons, whichever set they may be!
