Sign says "22 and under for college students"

stupid golf clerk wouldnt let me get the student rate because i'm 22 and not under 22. so i said F you, i tried to pay. I walked on the first tee. Tee'd off. waited for my 2 other buddies to come. and he didnt say shit. cuz i was damn pissed that they're going to be pricks like that.  but anyways long story short. from now on i'm sneaking on golf courses because they charge so damn much AND if i get caught by a marshall i'm just gonna say "hey i gave Mike in the shop $20 bucks and he said it's cool." LOL. Moral of the story: if you work in a golf shop.. DONT BE  A DICK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. WE WILL FUCK YOU OVER>

While it sounds like he was wrong on the age thing I would advise against the sneaking on. Its the same as theft. I guess if you can justify it and live with it go ahead. To me integrity is priceless. Good luck with whatever your decision is. I just hope when my son is older he doesnt develop the same morals you display right now.

I thought this was going to be a cool thread f4_glare.gif

When I was younger and working at a golf course. We used to sneak onto the other course right down the street from us and hang out on the 13-14th green and tee boxes after dark and drink and party out there. Sometimes write something taunting with the rake in the sandtrap and sign it with our courses initials.

Stealing aint cool though bro, a cop might show up not a ranger. Plus good luck if you cut someone off and didnt pay
d2_doh.gif. Im only 23 but you sound immature even to me....

ehh i wouldnt necessarily call it theft. i'd call it trespassing without permission? c'mon it's LAND.. we're walking and hitting balls of flattened land! goodness sake golf courses should be no more than $20 dollars a green fee. ESPECIALLY at a country club .

Are you saying that your morals and standards are ok with stealing?

And big f'n deal you couldn't get some piddly discount.  You are 22, it is time to start acting like an adult.

When you own your own course, you are free to have $20 greens fees. Until then, you are at the mercy of the people that have to run that course and make it financially viable.

It's theft.  What would you call sneaking into a movie theatre and watching a movie for free?

Tresspassing would be going on somebody elses property without permission. The theft is using their course without paying the fee that applies to that use. Its definitely theft.

Wow.... You are clueless. Its land that requires an entire crew of 6-12 guys(at the low end) and VERY EXPENSIVE Machines used 5-6days a week to maintain, that costs alot of money and alot of effort. Some of us value and appreciate the work and effort that goes into that "Flat Land" you dont even care about.

Why dont you just bring your sticks and balls to a valley somewhere and start wacking balls around in a field tell me how much fun that is..

Maybe you are just 'ghetto'...or maybe you're a complete dumb ass

This guy cant be serious. And if he is then he is an idiot and there is no sense even debating with him.

It's clear you're going to jail one way or another.  The cops will be called to come get you for theft and trespassing, and you will be arrested.  ASAP, hopefully.
