  1. 1. Which 3 Wood to play this season...

    • Keep the V-steel and have it reshafted to tighten shot dispersion
      3
    • Buy the HiBore 3W fitted with the proper shaft

Hello all,
I'm currently playing a TM V-steel 3w which I'm satisfied with, but I think I could do better. I've had a lot of luck with my HiBore driver since I got the right shaft in it, and I've heard that the head design is even more effective in the fairway woods. The thing is I'm primarily looking for something I can hit off the deck consistently, I have a certain amount of this with the V-steel, but at times it could be a bit more forgiving. I'm really not worried about workability, I'm still learning to do that with my mid to short irons. Any thoughts?

I think you should keep the TM and possibly add a utility wood to your bag. The question is when you "mishit" your 3-wood. If it is because of lies, then add an assett to your bag and make decisions based on your lie. If you just occasionaly mishit the 3-wood you have, then I would reccommend working on your preshot routine. Mishits usually give better feedback than great shots. But, if you are just looking for something new...Have at it, then give a product review in sandtrap.com.

LSU,

LoL!! I knew there was no way I could post here and not at least catch a little flack on ND's exceptional performance in the Sugar Bowl

I missed it here As for all those clubs, I have no idea what you're talking about, I only bought new shoes last year... Wait, I can't say that and keep a straight face. Hey Al, been meaning to talk to you about practice facilities up here in the great, white north. When I was in the south metro, I'd go to Breamar's dome, anything like that for us up here? The carpet in the family room is getting a bit worn Thanks for the feedback everyone, based on the comments, I'll probably just drop and NVS75 in the V-Steel. JohnBoy, I've already got 2 hybrids in the bag and I completely agree with you, they are incredible assests, best clubs I bought last year wait, I only bought shoes last year right Al? Aquacooled, thanks for the feedback on the V-Steel's staying power, there certainly is something about it that that makes it hard to put down.
