Well, my Adams A3OS driver sheered off at the hosel on the course the other day so I started shopping for a replacement.  Decided on the Callaway FT-IQ and picked it up for $81, new so think I did okay.  Should have it in a few days.  What does everyone think of this driver???  Thanks in advance!!

I have the i-Mix version, but I prefer the FT-9 over it due to most appearance at address (square head doesn't look right to me) and sound.  It's a very forgiving head, more than the FT-9 is, and distance is about the same or slightly longer than FT-9.

I think I can live with the appearance at address.  Everything I read talked about how straight and forgiving it was so I'm hoping it's the ticket.  If I absolutely hate it, I can prolly get close to what I paid for it so no big risk!!!

New, I've been looking at the 3 wood you have.  Do you like that titleist 910???

I like it alot off the tee.  Off the turf it's not as easy to hit for me, but I've seen many reviews where it's used for both.  For long shots off the turf I use the 4w.

One course I play often is shorter with tight fairways so the 910Fd is a better option than my driver and and the main reason I bought it.  On longer courses where I'll want to use my driver I usually won't take the 910Fd, and use the 910F 4w for turf and tee shots.
