It is probably Hank Haney, there were several pictures of Tiger, caddie, and Hank Haney together on the practice range in this months Golf Digest.

I'm pretty sure that ain't Haney. Haney stands pretty straight, has Nike gear head to toe, and doesn't really look like that...

Gee....I'm sorry did you have a better guess? I was just going by the pictures I saw in golf digest, the detailed pictures and my apparently minimal powers of deduction. Hell, in that picture Stevie Williams looks like Chunk from the Goonies. What does it matter who it is in that picture with Tiger. It might be his body guard cause the Gov't is out to get him like TuPac or Biggy Smalls. Big brother is always watching.
