Hi!

Golfers have great taste and sense of observation.
What is your favorite ethnic cuisine/food?

Mine is Italian (I was born in Italy!!) but I have great esteem of Japanese, Chinese and French, too.

When I can find good Indian food (not always easy to do, here in the states) that's always a favorite (sorry Big Don, I like Kingfisher with my curry). Otherwise, a well made Bi Bim Bap (Korean hotpot) with lots of red pepper paste is a great winter warmer. Can't recommend Korean beer though

Although I already "voted" for Chinese, cajun & creole sounds really, really good. But, I'm pretty sure I can't get that here in N.C.

It's tough to find outside of New Orleans and environs. There are a couple restaurants serving it down at the Jersey Shore. But the real thing in New Orleans is by far the best. The tragedy of Katrina is as yet not realized by most. I'm praying the city, and its culinary heritage, makes a come back. Otherwise, like most in the Northeast, my choices are Italian and Chinese. Not that that's a bad thing.

      Day 35, June 8. Before leaving for work this morning (yes, I'm posting this quite late relative to the practice), I spent 15 minutes practicing at home, into a net.  This time, it was primarily 9-iron (full swings), with some UW (full and half) and a few 6-iron.

      I'm liking this. Finally getting down hands in front of my trail leg pocket consistently at A6 with much better clubhead position (relatively not as tipped out). I can really pressure the shaft through impact with good face control  from this position and stay in balance. Won my first one v one march 5&4 against a 4 hcp who routinely drives it 35-40 yards past me in the men's club match play . Frustrated him with some solid iron play and air tight putting.

      Day 279 6-8  Worked on low point control skills work tonight. will be doing this for a few weeks. Tonight was just trying figure out how to get low point forward.  No ball.
