Ping Moxie for Juniors

During the off-season we we bought my seven-year old daughter a set of Ping Moxies, and WOW! If you have a very junior golfer, this set is amazing. For last season we just used a homemade set, but on the range, if anything, she likes the way hving a "normal set" looks. I think I paid about $200 for all the clubs (w/bag), and they should be fine until she hits 5-foot in about four years.

Just really impressed with them.

I tried to buy my daughter the same set about a month ago, but she liked the Callaway X Junior Set better:

The Callaway's are about 1/2 inch longer, and the driver is quite a bit larger (360cc vs 325cc for the Ping).

Both are really good sets though.

I bought a set of the Ping Moxie's last summer for my daughter for her ninth birthday. The driver was a little big for her, so she used the fairway wood as a driver. She was impressed with the set and so was I. I particularily appreciated the fact that the putter was a smaller version of the Craz-E, center shafted. I was very impressed with the quality of the clubs. I was showing my daughter how to hit the fairway wood off the ground and when I hit the ball, I was amazed how far I hit it. Certainly this set will last for a couple of years and will be handed down to the other two sisters. I would highly recommend the set.

I bought my son the Moxie set and he loves them too. I'm definitely keeping them for my second son when he's big enough to use them.


Funny, I win a bet with my son every time he messes up putting on the Ping double strap. It's about 80% of the time.
