(1.) 30 mins on the treadmill interval training:
(a.) jog at 6 speed / 0 incline............. 5 mins
(b.) run at 8 speed / 0 incline............. 2 mins
(c.) walk at 3.5 speed / 15 incline....... 3 mins
Repeat a to c 3x.
(2.) 30 minute CXWORX class.
Wrapped up with some stretches.
