From spring until recently though there has been lots of walking - about all I could do for awhile. EDIT: and diet. I've given up all fast food, soda and sugars, and for the last 3 months trying to be a vegetarian. I will occasionally eat fish or poultry on the weekend. Can't believe how much my tastes have changed
