I actually ended up having to run yesterday after I played nine holes. I love running with a passion, but getting back into the swing of things after lacrosse ended is what is so difficult. Started with 3 mile quick runs, I'll start working my way up like usual.

Yea I am kinda getting into body weight only exercises right now. Don't know why but I like how it feels after working out a lot better than dumbbells or machines.

Definitely better. I had to give up 12oz curls.

I just painted the inside off my house. does that count for workout?

i still feel the muscles in my back and arms.

True. I should upgrade to 16oz curls.

 

Added: I ran again today. I would post that every day I do it, but it would get boring very quickly.
