Elk isn't to everyone's taste, but he's a real student of the game and I have to say these video helped me a lot when I was futzing with my right hand on the club recently.

Nah, you know, it's incremental -- like everything else in golf. I do feel like I have better awareness and control of the shaft and club head with the grip further into the fingers of the right hand. This manifests particularly in better touch on shortish shots like pitches. YMMV etc.
