My buddy just got one about a month and a half ago (he's a 3 handicap). I've hit it quite a few times and really like it. He's a smaller guy and just pounds the you-know-what out of it; it's a solid club. Makes a different kind of sound though; not what I'm used to hearing.

A guy i've played with a few times just got one. Definitely has a different sound...enough to make me look back at the others in the group with a "did you hear that?" look.

I demo'd the FT-5 last night (my local shop just got their new Callaway fitting cart). I tried it with both the V2 and VS shafts. For me, it was just Ok. It wasn't all that forgiving (not that it's supposed to be). I'm not a big fan of the tin can sound either. After trying a mix of heads and shafts, I decided on the TM SuperQuad with the VS shaft. To each his own I guess. Having a shop near by with a fit carts from different manufactures makes it really easy to find a combo that works.
