No coil in the back swing, you seem to be picking the club up and taking it to the parallel position. Its a very armsy swing with no real rotation.

The quality makes analysis difficult. Face on would be nice and more light.

Sorry I can't really be specific here so I can't/won't give corrective suggestions.

You have no weight transfer and probably no distance as well. Your right elbow needs to stay closer to the body to keep from going over the top causing your slice. I would read "Five fundamentals of Golf" by Hogan just to get started on the correct process of the golf swing. Transferring your (weight) hips toward your target first is a good start. Your arms come thru the ball first and then your weight slightly transfers. Topping usually results from not keeping your head down during contact. The first video showed too much back swing but the second was not considered a full back swing IMHO but a shorter back swing should allow you more control until you get the process down.

I agree with Valleygolfer.  Hogan's book is a good start, and will compliment the athleticism and flexibility you've got.  Getting your weight to move toward the target during the downswing will be a game-changer for you.

    • Day 35, June 8. Before leaving for work this morning (yes, I'm posting this quite late relative to the practice), I spent 15 minutes practicing at home, into a net.  This time, it was primarily 9-iron (full swings), with some UW (full and half) and a few 6-iron.
    • Day 73: just some mirror work today. Working on feels for being open and getting the front shoulder down.
    • I'm liking this. Finally getting down hands in front of my trail leg pocket consistently at A6 with much better clubhead position (relatively not as tipped out). I can really pressure the shaft through impact with good face control  from this position and stay in balance. Won my first one v one march 5&4 against a 4 hcp who routinely drives it 35-40 yards past me in the men's club match play . Frustrated him with some solid iron play and air tight putting.
    • Day 279 6-8  Worked on low point control skills work tonight. will be doing this for a few weeks. Tonight was just trying figure out how to get low point forward.  No ball.
    • Day 8 (Jun 8 26) - Stayed the drill but added two additional irons (7i, 8i and 9i) - using Divot Board and hard foam balls - focused on tempo and purposed pause at the top….noticing how open the club is marking the board when I try to kill it and how much more square (and better distance) when I focus on these keys.
