I think this would have to be my favorite event of the silly season, just because it draws the best players and Sherwood CC is one of my favorite courses (especially the par 5 2nd).

So does anyone have any predictions on who's going to win the event?

My bet's on Tiger, he just won in Japan and looks pretty sharp again, but the field's pretty stacked with big names.

I'm going with Tiger too. He's playing well and this is still "2004" so he can win this and point to a strong 2005 with some serious conviction, given his win in Japan and a win here.

I'm going with Daly because.... uhh... he's the comeback kid.

Tiger is playing well... let's see if he can close it out two days from now.

Polling is now closed. The three of us (I was one of 'em) who picked Tiger Woods: congrats. You've won... the use of a free forum!

For a second there I thought Harrington was going to pull ahead or at least tie Tiger until the 16th tee. The 16th is also were the fan yelled right after Tiger had made contact with the ball.
