What's your go to club? - Page 4

Probably my 21* hybrid.  I can hit it about 225, but i can also draw it however far I want almost to a point of a hook.  This really comes in handy when stuck behind trees with only one way out.  I can also fade it and hit it low.  I have also started using it around the greens more when I'm up against the cuff (like blading a wedge).

my 4 iron.  it is good out of the rough, to fly low under trees, for long rolls, etc.  i pull that thing out of my bag more than any other club.

yup my big bertha 7 wood is the goto club in my bag.

Depending on distance, either a SW or a 4H. I can shape both well and hit them mostly any distance I like. 

My putter.  It was the first club I ever bought and have been using it for 15 years now.  It's a cheap Dunlap DDH putter but I for reason love it.  I've been debating for years if I should buy a new one but I just can't see myself using anything else.

I would also have to say my 56* Cleveland wedge.  It seems to be my go to club for anything around the green.

By "this" do you mean a condition where random distances all seem less than 10 feet?

I don't really have one. A bigger issue for me is what clubs I lose confidence in. I have some that get into my head, I'm thinking bad shot at address. Silly as it is it happens. Recently it's been the 4i-5i and 60* wedge. Usually I hit the snot out of the 4i but I'm chunking it off the fairway. The irony is that has me grabbing my 22* hybrid which was my previous head game club. Go figure. The 60* I may as well throw away. I hit it great but for the life of me I can't figure out the distance. With a full swing the distance variance is disturbing. I'm sure lie is the factor here but I can't gauge whether the ball is going to travel 80y straight up or 80y forwards and everything in between.

Lately my Vokey oilcan 52 gets a lot of use.   From 85 yards in it's my go to club.

But in a fairway my go to is an old Taylor Made metalwood 3.  It's old and outdated but that old #3 is always a shot maker for me.
